2024 has been a year of significant progress and achievement for Menard Cambodia – MGS Soil Treatment, a leading ground improvement contractor in Cambodia, marked by the successful completion of several key projects across diverse sectors.

Our roadmap to success: Project Milestones in 2024
Menard Cambodia has consistently delivered projects on time and within budget, leveraging their expertise in ground improvement techniques. Here’s a look at Menard Cambodia – MGS Soil Treatment’s project roadmap in 2024:
- March: Completion of Data Center project along with the Bunker building. For these projects, the controlled modulus columns (CMC) technique was designed under the building footing of the data center and beneath the raft slab of Bunker building.

- April: Commissioning of Lycée Français René Descartes (LFRD) new school building adjacent the existing building, where we executed controlled modulus columns (CMC) technique.

- May: Menard Cambodia proudly handed over the New Phnom Penh International Airport Cargo Terminal (CGT), another successful application of CMC technique. Additionally, Menard also completed the KOS Airport – New Taxiway, where prefabricated vertical drains (PVD) technique was used.

- August: The progress continued in August with the completion of Bakheng WTP Facilities – Phase 3 where we utilized the prefabricated vertical drain (PVD) technique.

- September: We handed over another residential building project, Elite Town Villa C, using Controlled Modulus Column (CMC) technique.

- November: Menard Cambodia wrapped up the year with the completion of a two-story office building, once again demonstrating its proficiency with the CMC technique and a landmark achievement with the completion of the Sihanoukville Port project. This marked Menard Cambodia’s first venture into another ground improvement technique, vibro-compaction, demonstrating our adaptability and expanding our range of services.
