Menard Vacuum Consolidation

Menard treated a 70 m band along the river bank in order to maintain the overall stability while the fill was raised on in the container area, treated by vertical drain and surcharge.

Menard Vacuum™ process ensured drastic reduction of the necessary amount of sand fill and especially the consolidation time (6 months instead of 14).

Menard Asia’s solution on Cai Mep International Terminal was using the Ménard Vacuum Consolidation to treat a 60 m wide band.
