Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) has been installed by Menard to accelerate the consolidation of the compressible soils for the construction of a single storey factory in Selangor.

Menard has completed the ground improvement work by combining the Dynamic Compaction technique with Vibrofloatation.

This project is the first PVD job for Menard in Bangladesh.

Vertical drains and DC was employed to treat various soil problems separately for the construction of Changi Airport back in 1980-1995.

Facing challenging ground conditions, Menard implemented CMC which not only replaced the initially planned RC ground slab but also integrated with a Reinforced Earth Wall.

A villa with a basement and four floors is being built. While the initial plan suggested Bored Piles, Menard's solution used CMC for ground improvement, a tangent pile retaining wall system, and managed pit excavation. Completed in 3 weeks, we optimized time and costs for our client.

On Hun Sen Boulevard, Menard's CMC ground improvement solution replaces traditional Bored Piles for a cost-effective and efficient approach to building a 27,000m2 shopping center.

Faced with challenging ground conditions, Menard employed Controlled Modulus Columns (CMC) instead of traditional methods, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions. This project marks the first CMC application under a building in Cambodia.

Menard Cambodia utililsed Deep Soil Mixing (DSM) to prevent slope failure at the intake site.

The site presented complex ground conditions, with various challenging layers including backfilled sand, soft saturated clay, and hard sand. Menard’s PVD technology was employed to expedite the consolidation process, overcoming challenging ground conditions and strict timeline.
